If time for shopping and packing is limited, you can now go to Avalon's Build A Shoebox Online page to build an online box. The page keeps count of how many our church sends each year. The basic cost is $25. You can choose items as you walk through the pages or you can choose for the box to be automatically filled for you.
How to Get Started: Go to the page and click the link to start building your box. Then choose whether you want to fill a box for a boy or for a girl. Next choose the age group. (Note that older kids get the least number of boxes so if you are undecided, go with an older kid.) Once your box is filled, you have the option to add a personal note. Then if you wish, you can leave your name and a message on our goal page to challenge or encourage others. Next, you will be given the option to make recurring gifts or to add "The Greatest Journey" discipleship material to your box for $6. If you can afford it, we encourage you to add the discipleship material because we are a big fan of discipleship. Finally, enter your billing information and pay with a debit/credit card, e-check, or Paypal account. You will automatically be signed up to track your box and see what part of the world is changed by your gift!
