Operation Christmas is a ministry that we support sponsored by Samaritan's Purse. We collect shoebox gifts filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items—and deliver them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God's love in a tangible way. You can make up a box, purchase items from our shopping list for boxes that we will pack, go online to send a box, or donate to cover box shipping. Here is the link to participate with us. Light Up Avalon!
This is your sub-headline
Join us on Friday, December 12 at 5:30 to 8:30 pm for an evening of excitement as we celebrate Our Savior this Christmas Season. we will have hot dogs and chili, popcorn and baked goods, hot cider and hot chocolate for you to enjoy. The event is free and we welcome all donations.
The Milton Christmas Parade
Avalon Baptist will participate in the parade on Saturday, December 6. We will have beads and candy to scatter along the parade path!
Also, we recently finished our sanctuary renovations. Our members worked very hard and did a marvelous job. We are so excited to share our new Worship Center with you.
